Video files are deleted within 30 days after final delivery unless a revision is active.

4. Testimonials and Consent

If you submit feedback or a testimonial and check the consent box, you grant CivixBox, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your testimonial (including name, role, and location) on CivixClips websites and marketing materials. You may revoke consent anytime by contacting privacy@civixclips.com.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except for essential service providers such as payment processors or hosting platforms necessary to operate CivixClips. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and limited analytics tools to enhance functionality and monitor performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some site functions may be limited.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@civixclips.com. Requests are processed within a reasonable period, subject to verification of identity.

8. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are issued only in cases of verified technical failure or quality issues reported within five (5) business days of delivery. Refund requests are reviewed by our Customer Service Manager.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account and order records as long as necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request account deletion at any time.

10. Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Idaho.
